Job summary

Outerbloom is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Growth & AI) to drive performance marketing and e-commerce growth across Google, Meta, and TikTok. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate creative cycles while maintaining quality and build dashboards to guide strategy with CAC, LTV, and retention metrics.

You will own full-funnel campaigns from brief to post-mortem, manage budgets, and craft persuasive copy in English and Indonesian for landing pages and ads.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in e-commerce or performance marketing with measurable results.
• Fluent in Google Analytics (GA4) and data-driven decision making.
• Strong copywriting skills in English and Indonesian for ads and landing pages.
• Experience owning budgets and driving ROI across channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and scale high-ROAS campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok.
• Optimize Shopify funnel end-to-end and improve AOV levers.
• Use AI tools to shorten content production cycles without quality loss.
• Build dashboards tracking CAC, LTV and retention for data-driven decisions.
• Run structured A/B tests on landing pages and report impact on conversions.
• Coordinate across Creative and Ops to align campaigns with stock and delivery.

You’ll help more people find Outerbloom at the moment they need us — running performance across Google, Meta and TikTok, with AI folded into the workflow, not bolted on afterward. This is a role where your campaigns move a number everyone can see.

What you’ll own

• Performance marketing: Plan, launch and scale high-ROAS campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, with a weekly eye on CAC and ROAS, not just spend.
• E-commerce growth: Optimise the Shopify funnel end-to-end — landing pages, checkout friction, AOV levers — and ship the fix, not just the finding.
• AI-assisted production: Use ChatGPT, Claude and Midjourney to cut creative turnaround from days to hours, without cutting quality.
• Measurement: Build and maintain dashboards for CAC, LTV and retention so the team decides with numbers, not gut feel.
• Landing page testing: Run structured A/B tests on ad landing pages and report what actually moved conversion.
• Cross-channel coordination: Work with Creative and Ops so campaigns, stock and delivery promises never contradict each other.

What you bring

• You use AI tools daily, and it shows in your output — not a line on your CV.
• A proven track record in e-commerce or performance marketing, with numbers you can point to.
• Fluent in Google Analytics (GA4). You decide with data, not instinct.
• Punchy, persuasive copy in both English and Indonesian.
