Job summary

SearchInform LTD is seeking a driven Telesales Executive to generate qualified opportunities in the Indonesia and Malaysia markets. You will make high volumes of outbound calls, identify IT decision-makers, and book meetings to feed the sales pipeline.

The role requires 2+ years in telesales or related fields, comfort with cold calling, and a proven track record of meeting KPIs. English communication and CRM familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven telesales / inside sales / telemarketing / lead-generation experience.
• Experience working for a technology, software, SaaS, IT, networking, or cybersecurity company is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales KPIs.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective B2B customers.
• Prospect for new customers through telephone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Identify and engage IT Managers, CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and business decision-makers.
• Introduce cybersecurity solutions and identify potential business needs.
• Qualify prospects and determine whether they have a genuine business opportunity.
• Book qualified meetings for the Sales team.
• Build and continuously maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up relentlessly with prospects until the opportunity is qualified or closed.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM.
• Work closely with Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
