Job summary

LittleLives Inc is seeking a Telesales Executive (Contract) to drive outbound prospecting in Indonesia and Malaysia and book qualified presentation slots for the sales team. This role focuses on clearing backlog and expanding into new segments, with potential extension based on ongoing need.

The position requires experience in telemarketing or B2B sales, English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, and basic CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or B2B cold calling.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Strong spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Basic CRM familiarity; training provided if needed.
• Confident phone manner, resilient to rejection, organized with follow-ups.
• Available for full contract period, with flexibility to extend if role continues.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to a defined list of prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia (Singapore to follow).
• Introduce LittleLives and gauge basic interest and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate product presentation appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records in the CRM.
• Follow up on non-responsive contacts to maximize connect rates.
• Hand off qualified, scheduled appointments to the relevant sales executive with basic context.
