Little Lives, a fast-growing SaaS company in EduTech, is seeking a Telesales Executive (Contract) in Jakarta. You will run outbound calls to Indonesia/Malaysia prospects, clear a backlog, and book qualified presentation slots for the sales team to focus on presentations and closes.

Ideal candidates have telemarketing or B2B experience, excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia, and strong CRM skills. This contract runs 3 months with potential extension, located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or B2B cold calling preferred.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Bahasa Indonesia a plus for Indonesia coverage.
• Basic CRM familiarity; training provided if needed.
• Confident phone manner and resilient to rejection; organized with follow-ups.
• Available for the full contract period, with potential extension depending on need.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound cold calls to a defined list of prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia (Singapore to follow).
• Introduce LittleLives and gauge basic interest and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate product presentation appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records in the CRM.
• Follow up on non-responsive contacts to maximize connect rates.
• Hand off qualified, scheduled appointments to the relevant sales executive with context.
