Job summary

PT Changsu Industrial Indonesia is seeking a Finance Staff – Customs (English Speaking) to review customs declaration documents, reconcile data with BIP/ERP and finance records, and follow up on discrepancies with relevant departments. You will prepare audit-ready monthly customs reconciliation reports and support compliance for bonded zone activities, including BOM/stock traceability.

Candidates should have a finance or accounting background, know customs procedures, and strong Excel skills for

• Good knowledge of customs and import/export procedures.
• Strong Excel skills for cross-referencing data from multiple sources.
• Careful, responsible, and data-driven with eye for inconsistencies.

Responsibilities

• Review customs declaration documents and reconcile data with BIP/ERP and finance records, following up on discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Prepare accurate, audit-ready monthly customs reconciliation reports.
• Support customs compliance and bonded zone related work, including BOM/stock traceability.
