Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk seeks an experienced Customs Compliance Professional to manage regulatory requirements for import/export. You will oversee duties, data, and documentation, while optimizing processes to reduce costs and risks.

The role requires deep knowledge of customs laws, 5+ years in Export/Import, and English proficiency. Collaboration with Finance, Exim, and procurement is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Customs and Excise, or related disciplines).
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and import/export laws.
• Min 5 years experience in Export Import, 1-2 Years of experience as Assistant Manager.
• Prior experience as a Customs Consultant, Customs Compliance Specialist, or in a consulting firm specializing in customs and international trade will be an advantage.
• Experience in customs audit assistance, customs facility applications (AEO, MITA, Bonded Zone), and interactions with Customs Authorities is highly preferred
• Experience all the procedure of Export and Import.
• PPJK certified is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in oral and written English; Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
