Job summary

Supercargo is seeking an experienced customs clearance professional to manage daily import/export clearance procedures and related documentation in Indonesia. You will review documents for completeness, monitor progress, and coordinate on-site inspections with customs officers and logistics partners.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Be a Cukai, related authorities, and a proven ability to resolve issues quickly while maintaining accurate records for management visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in customs clearance and import/export operations in Indonesia.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs procedures and regulations.
• Hands-on experience with on-site inspections and coordinating with authorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily import/export customs clearance procedures and related documentation.
• Review customs clearance documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor clearance progress and address delays or issues promptly.
• Coordinate on-site inspections with customs officers and other parties.
• Work with Bea Cukai, ports, terminals, warehouses, shipping lines, freight forwarders for smooth clearance.
• Follow up on inspection requests, document amendments, and other customs matters.
• Maintain records of clearance documents and update management on status and issues.
