Job summary

PT Sany Heavy Industry Indonesia is seeking a dedicated import and customs coordinator to manage end-to-end clearance, document preparation, and compliance with Indonesian regulations. You will engage with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to keep shipments moving.

Proficiency in Mandarin and English, plus strong coordination, communication, and the ability to work under pressure, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in import, customs clearance, or logistics is preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin and able to communicate in English.
• Familiar with Indonesian import procedures and documents.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.
