Job summary

PT Bahari Eka Nusantara (Ben Line Agencies) seeks a Customer Service & Custom Declarant Supervisor to manage end-to-end import operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations and PPJK standards.

You will coordinate with Bea Cukai, carriers, and clients while optimizing PIB submissions, manifest filings, and duty/tax calculations. Strong English and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
• Valid PPJK certification required.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on import customs clearance and PPJK operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end import operations including PIB submissions and manifest filings.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and PPJK standards.
• Review documents (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, COO) for accuracy before submission.
• Verify HS Codes, Lartas, and apply FTAs and COO appropriately.
• Calculate import duties and taxes and audit for tariff discrepancies.
• Oversee temporary imports and returnable packaging, track deadlines.
• Coordinate with Bea Cukai, carriers, terminals, vendors, and clients.
• Provide proactive clearance updates and maintain audit-ready records.
