Job summary

You will process orders, coordinate with shipping, and maintain customer data with CRM/Excel. Responsibilities include follow-up communications to convert leads, and handling after-sales services such as returns and exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via e-commerce platforms and social channels.
• Provide accurate product and service information and drive sales.
• Process orders and coordinate with shipping/fulfillment teams.
• Execute follow-ups to convert leads and retain customers.
• Maintain customer data in CRM or Excel.
• Prepare daily CRM performance reports with key metrics.
• Handle after-sales services including returns and exchanges.
