Job summary

PT Susu Life Indonesia is seeking a diligent Sales Support professional to provide administrative and operational backing to the Sales team in Jakarta. You will manage customer data, process sales orders and quotations, and ensure timely documentation.

This role requires at least two years in sales support, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while tracking sales targets and coordinating with Finance,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Sales Admin, or related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Comfortable working with sales data, reports, and targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
• Manage and maintain customer data, sales orders, quotations, and sales-related documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, payments, and order status.
• Monitor the sales process from order placement to delivery.
• Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and performance data.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Customer Service, and other related departments.
• Assist the Sales team in achieving sales targets and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Handle sales administration and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with product information and basic inquiries.
• Support the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with the relevant departments.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Sales team.
