Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta invites a diligent Customer Operations Assistant to join our on-site team in Cikarang. You will handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website, social media, and other inbound channels, and prepare order information for internal teams.

Coordinate with Sales, Production, PPIC, Finance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfillment, update customer data accurately, and support quotations, sales orders, and delivery coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Customer Support, or Operations Administration is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to use Google Sheets and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple follow-ups.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic written English is preferred.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website, social media, and other inbound channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare and organize customer order information before handing it over to the internal team.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely updates throughout the order process.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, PPIC, Finance, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Update customer and order data accurately in the company's system.
• Support order administration, including quotations, sales orders, artwork approval, and delivery coordination.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints according to company procedures.
• Ensure all customer information and documents are complete, accurate, and confidential.
