Job summary

ROUXEL TP in Yogyakarta is seeking an English Customer Service Specialist to handle omnichannel inquiries and resolve issues with a customer-first approach. The role focuses on delivering accurate, empathetic support across emails, live chat, and other digital channels.

You will assist global customers with orders, payments, shipping, returns, and refunds, while logging interactions in the CRM and coordinating with internal teams to resolve escalated cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Customer Service.
• D3 degree with a GPA of 2.75 or above.
• B2 minimum in English (strong written & on-point English speaking skills).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Rotational shift schedule including weekends and public holidays.
• On-site work in Yogyakarta (WFO).
