TP in Yogyakarta is seeking an English-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our on-site team. You will handle inquiries across channels, helping customers with orders, payments, shipping, and returns while maintaining high CSAT and professional support.

Role requires at least 1 year in customer service, a D3 with GPA 2.75+, and strong English skills. Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays are expected.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year in Customer Service.
• D3 degree with GPA 2.75 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Provide omnichannel support via email and live chat in fluent English.
• Assist global customers with product questions, orders, payments, shipping, returns.
• Deliver accurate, empathetic solutions to customer complaints.
• Maintain logs in the CRM and coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Aim for high CSAT while meeting quality and performance standards.
