Job summary

PT. Uniair Indotama Cargo mencari kandidat dengan pengalaman 1–2 tahun di perusahaan Global Freight Forwarding untuk menangani Customs Clearance dan layanan pelanggan. Kandidat ideal memahami prosedur clearance, regulasi impor/ekspor, dan memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan dokumentasi terkait.

Penempatan di Sunter, Jakarta Utara serta kemampuan bahasa Inggris sangat diperlukan. Gelar di bidang terkait serta pengalaman dengan PIB/PEB, faktur, packing list akan menjadi nilai tambah.

Job description

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Sea Transportation Management or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Global Freight Forwarding company, particularly in handling Customs Clearance and Customer Service.

Strong understanding of Customs Clearance procedures, import/export regulations, and familiar with the CEISA 4.0 system.

Proficient in handling customs clearance documentation (e.g., PIB, PEB, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Invoice, and relevant import/export permits).

Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills with strong attention to detail.

Fluent in English is a must.

Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.
