Job summary

PT Karisma Sejahtera Logistik is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate import shipments, manage documents, and ensure smooth customs clearance. The role involves collaborating with clients, agents, vendors, and internal teams to keep shipments on track and compliant.

Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor’s in logistics or related field, at least one year in import or freight forwarding, good English, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Import, preferably in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

About you

• Good understanding of import documents (BL, CIPL, Form E, LS, Manifest, PIB) and customs clearance process
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
