Job summary

PT. Uniair Indotama Cargo, located in North Jakarta, seeks an Ocean Export Specialist with 1–2 years in global freight forwarding. You will manage ocean export documentation, communicate schedules and rates, and process bookings while maintaining high service levels.

Strong Excel skills and English fluency are essential. The role is based in Sunter, North Jakarta, with opportunities to work in a dynamic team environment and contribute to end-to-end freight solutions for exporters and importers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sea Transportation Management is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Global Freight Forwarding company, especially handling Ocean Export documents.
• Proficiency in Ocean Export documents and shipping procedures (Invoice, PEB, Packing List, Manifest).
• Fluency in English is a must.

Bachelors Degree in Sea Transportation Management.

Min. 1-2 years experience in Global Freight Forwarding company, especially in handling Ocean Export documents.

Strong knowledge about Ocean Export documents & shipping procedures (Invoice, PEB, Packing List, Manifest)

Fluent in English is a must.

Proficient in Ms. Excel and Good Communication skill.

Able to work as a strong team member, ambitious, hardworking and good analytical thinking.

Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.
