Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk is hiring for a Front Desk/Guest Service role at Summarecon Mall Bekasi. The successful candidate will greet members and guests, manage data in the system, and coordinate membership requests while ensuring smooth service delivery.

The position requires at least 1 year in front desk or customer service, a professional appearance, teamwork, and a willingness to work in shifts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
