Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic repairs of ME equipment.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC/AC systems, electrical panels, generators, pumps, lighting, and related equipment.
• Handle fault and breakdown reports and take appropriate corrective action.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure all work is performed safely and according to procedures.

• Minimum education: High School / Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1), preferably majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Mechanical Electrical Technician/Engineering staff, preferably in buildings, malls, hotels, apartments, or commercial properties.
• Familiar with mechanical and electrical building systems, including electrical panels, lighting systems, HVAC/AC systems, generators, pumps, and other related equipment.
• Able to perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
• Willing to work on a shift basis.
• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Placement: Summarecon Mall Serpong.
