Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk is seeking an Officer - General Affair for Summarecon Mall Serpong. You will manage and maintain asset records, conduct stock opname, reconcile counts, and monitor asset movement with accuracy and integrity.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Management or related field, with at least 1 year of GA or administration experience, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment at Serpong.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in General Affairs, Asset Management, or Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Understand asset administration, inventory management, and stock opname processes.
• Able to understand and follow the stock opname flow, from physical counting, data reconciliation, discrepancy checking, to reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and responsible.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Placement: Summarecon Mall Serpong.
