Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk is seeking an Officer - Tenant Relation for Summarecon Mall Serpong. The role focuses on building strong tenant relationships, coordinating with mall operations, and ensuring service standards are met across shifts.

The position requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in tenant relations, customer service, or related fields. Weekend and public holiday shifts are included; placement is Summarecon Mall Serpong.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Tenant Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Operation in Mall or Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships and effective communication with all tenants.
• Handle tenant requests, complaints, and operational issues, and ensure proper follow-up until resolved.
• Monitor tenant conditions and operations to ensure compliance with mall standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with related departments to fulfill tenant needs and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare daily tenant activity reports and ensure proper information handover between shifts.
