Job summary

Magada Tirta Amerta in Jakarta is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to guide customers and partners in using our products. You will manage inquiries and disputes and ensure a positive experience.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, fresh graduate or up to 2 years in the role, and demonstrates strong Bahasa Indonesia communication, empathy, and solid typing skills.
