Job summary

PT Valeo AC Indonesia seeks a Supply Chain Planner to manage and integrate customer orders via EDI, webEDI, or paper systems, while driving S&OP and ensuring production schedules align with capacity.

You will coordinate scheduling based on customer priorities, prepare export and customs documentation, and maintain clear communication to customers about orders and changes. 2–3 years in supply chain or planning, and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or customer service roles.
• Hands-on experience with order management and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with S&OP, MPS, and overall supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle and integrate customer orders via EDI, webEDI, or paper-based systems.
• Monitor customer forecasts and compare them with actual orders.
• Drive the S&OP process and support Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
• Align internal schedules based on customer priorities and production capacity.
• Prepare export and customs documentation as required.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with customers regarding orders, changes, and updates.
• Monitor service level performance and lead improvement initiatives.
• Identify, address, and elevate issues to avoid service disruption.
• Ensure backup coverage during absences and proactively inform customers.
