Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain or logistics coordination.
• Familiar with customer scheduling and order management.
• Knowledge of MPS/SOP planning processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer schedules and integrate into master production scheduling.
• Load closed orders into the system.
• Monitor service levels and safety stock with stakeholders.
• Prepare customs documentation for exports if needed.
• Communicate with customer contacts regularly.
• Escalate issues via Logistics Red Alert if required.
• Ensure production sequencing based on real customer demand.
• Back up key customer accounts during holidays.
