Job summary

Valeo North America Inc. seeks a diligent SIOP/MPS Analyst to manage customer demand integration and the end-to-end supply chain. You will coordinate procurement, production and shipping, ensuring alignment with customer schedules and master production plans.

The role requires proactive coordination with logistics platforms, accurate data reporting, and the ability to adapt communication to different customer contacts while maintaining high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply and demand plans across procurement, production, and logistics to meet service levels.
• Track customer schedules (EDI/webEDI/paper) and ensure integration into planning systems.
• Release picking lists for timely deliveries when required.
• Monitor stock levels and flag min/max violations to prevent shortages.
• Engage with logistics platforms to resolve shipping issues and improve reliability.
• Prepare export documentation and ensure correct parameters (MOQ, lead times, transport schedules).
• Communicate complete and accurate information to customer contacts and adapt updates by priority.
