Job summary

Valeo Service is seeking a Supply Chain Scheduler in Bekasi to manage raw materials and component inventories, ensuring availability to meet customer demand. You will forecast, plan, and communicate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain material flow and production continuity.

You will attend logistics meetings, drive improvements with ERP tools, and implement pull-based and kanban methods within the supply chain. This role is full-time and rooted in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory planning and material availability management.
• Knowledge of MPS (Master Production Schedule) and SSR (Supplier Service Rate).
• Ability to communicate with suppliers and internal teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage raw materials and components inventory levels.
• Follow up MPS achievement and propose preventive actions.
• Plan material requirements based on S&OP and MPS, forecast to suppliers.
• Ensure materials meet customer demand and track daily arrivals.
• Communicate with supplier contacts, escalate crises, and organize backup coverage.
