Cargill is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist - ID to support a moderate scale of customer service activities across domestic and export markets. You will help optimize shipping and returns, process complex orders, and resolve delivery issues while maintaining critical data and relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in Customer Service/Operations, with SAP ERP experience and a mindset for continuous improvement in a fast-paced setup at the Surabaya site.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service/Operations/Supply Chain.
• Proficient in using ERP systems, with SAP preferred.
• Experience in leveraging AI and digital tools to improve productivity.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability and professionalism.
• Strong ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and responsive to urgent business needs, including outside hours.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecasts and shipments data.
• Inform customers about order status, invoices, and contract balances.
• Execute customer service strategies across domestic and export markets.
• Support improvement projects requiring customer service know-how.
• Handle basic issues under supervision and escalate complex problems.
• Contribute to other duties as assigned.
