Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Customer Service Professional in Indonesia to support orders, handle inquiries, and ensure on-time delivery. This role focuses on order processing, pricing integrity, and effective communication with customers, sales teams, and production.

You will respond to requests, resolve issues, manage accounts, and contribute to process improvements while upholding safety and 5S practices in the operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Lean/Process Excellence, Digital and Automation Mindset, Data & Analytics.
• English skills – advanced reading & speaking.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Lotus Notes, and Google Workspace.
• 1-3 years experience in the apparel industry preferred.
• Customer-focused with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via telephone, fax and mail in a timely manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide timely response.
• Coordinate with sales team, other departments and production on delivery of goods and services.
• Handle customer complaints according to procedures; suggest corrective actions.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding latest developments to maintain profiles.
• Proactively share knowledge.
• Provide suggestions to supervisor on process improvements.
• Be proactive and self-aware.
• Provide selling support to respond to management needs
• Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment
• Authorizes credit memos/refunds within policy
• Champion customer needs and follow up
• Provide responsive order management including entry, expediting and shipment info
• RBIS solutions & products & manufacturing process
• Knowledge of customer garment production lead time & ordering process
• RBIS End-to-End order to cash process
• Ensure all tasks safety and 5S
