Job summary

LyondellBasell in Pasuruan, Indonesia seeks an experienced Import-Export Specialist to manage storage, movement, and data management for raw materials and finished goods within ISO-compliant safety standards.

You will ensure HS codes, handle export/import documents, SAP data integrity, and monitor monthly reports, while coordinating with government offices and third parties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export activities.
• Customs Expert Certification from Ministry of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure import and export clearance activities comply with Customs & Trade regulations.
• Manage SAP data integrity for customs requirements (IT Inventory, KITE and AEO).
• Handle import/export documents in proper administration.
• Update procedures (SOP) and work instructions per ISO standards.
• Monitor import/export processes including KITE with 3rd parties and government offices.
• Submit monthly import/export activity reports.
• Monitor and evaluate customs audits.
• Ensure all activities are carried out safely and healthily.
• Health and Safety compliance.
• Implement safety, health and environmental procedures.

Basic Function

Responsible for the activities in storage, movement/trasport, transaction/data management, stock taking of raw materials, finished goods and general/consumable items in warehouses and make sure all activities are carried out in safety and health manner as well as based on ISO standard ((IMS; ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMK3, SJPH, IATF, AEO, OEMS, GoalZERO) and PT Lyondellbasell Advanced Polyolefins regulations

Roles & Responsibilities

• To make sure Import and export clearance activities is carried out based on Customs & Trade regulation (Ensure HS code of each import declaration to minimize different justification from customs)
• Manage SAP data integrity and accuracy especially for customs requirements (IT Inventory, KITE and AEO)
• Responsible for the export and import documents in proper administration
• Responsible in updating all Procedure (SOP), Work Instruction based ISO Standard
• Handle and monitor the import and export also KITE processes which related to 3rd party and government office
• Ensure import and export monthly report submission of all import and export activities
• Responsible in Monitoring and evaluation , and customs audit
• Ensuring that all activities a carry out in safe and healthy manners
• Health and Safety
• Assure and implement all work activities in accordance with safety, health and environmental procedures & government regulations

Education

Diploma degree of Bachelor degree in any diciplines

Work Experience

• At least 5 years with good track record in handling Import Export activities
• Understand warehouse management and implementation
• Understand problem solving technique and implementation
• Licenses & Certifications: Customs Expert Certification from Ministry of Finance.
