Job summary

PT Cipta Krida Bahari seeks a Section Head Warehouse dan Production LOBP to drive excellence across blending, filling, maintenance, laboratory, and admin functions. You will oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and delivery, and ensure safe handling of lubricant products in packaged and bulk forms according to regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 3 years in LOBP, and strong leadership with SAP/WMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in the LOBP environment.
• Experience in warehouse management of oil/lubricant is required.
• Familiarity with SAP or other WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with customers and internal teams.

Section Head Warehouse dan Production LOBP

As the company's point of contact for communication and coordination with customers, you will ensure operational excellence across Blending, Filling, Maintenance, Laboratory, and administration functions in line with company KPIs and standards. You will oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and delivery, and manage the safe handling of lubricant products in both packaged and bulk forms, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials, in compliance with regulations. You will support operational efficiency improvements, cost optimization, and the achievement of Zero Accident targets through the implementation of HSE and PSMS standards.

Key responsibilities

Act as the company's point of contact for communication and coordination with customers

Ensure Blending, Filling, Maintenance, Laboratory, and administration operations run according to KPI and company standards

Ensure warehouse processes including receiving, storage, inventory control, and delivery are effective and compliant with procedures

Ensure equipment operation and maintenance

Ensure safe handling of lubricant products in both packaged and bulk forms, including hazardous and non-hazardous products, in accordance with regulations and efficiency standards

Support operational efficiency improvements and cost optimization

Ensure implementation of HSE and PSMS standards and achievement of Zero Accident targets

Ensure fulfillment of service qualifications and requirements according to customer needs

Support internal and external audits and incident investigations

Conduct training, briefings, guidance, and supervision of employees

Manage safety meetings, safety discussions, and periodic safety inspections with customers and relevant parties

About you

Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in the LOBP Company

Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, stock accuracy, and heavy equipment

Experience in warehouse management of oil/lubricant, chemical, or similar materials is a must

Understanding of SAP or other WMS systems

Understanding of current warehouse technology developments and practices

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and team management capabilities
