The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SQL, Python, and BI tools, and the ability to handle large-scale datasets from multiple sources.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data correlation and analysis.
• Ability to correlate crowdsourced QoE data with internal network metrics.
• Familiar with SQL, Python, Excel, BI/data visualization tools.
• Experience with large-scale datasets from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and correlate network KPI data with crowdsourced QoE.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and discrepancies between customer-perceived QoE and network indicators.
• Perform multi-source data integration, validation, cleansing, and correlation.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate into actionable insights.
