Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience 1-3 years as Creative Group Head; agency background preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills.
• Track record of conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns.
• Strong leadership to motivate and mentor a diverse creative team.
• Portfolio showcasing excellence across mediums with strategic thinking.

• Lead creative strategy and development of all creative campaigns and marketing initiatives ensuring a consistent brand across channels. Inspire the creative team to produce innovative and visually stunning content across various mediums.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience minimum 1-3 years as Creative Group Head in Creative or Digital Marketing or Communication. Agency background is preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills
• Demonstrated track record of conceptualizing and executing innovative, trend-setting creative campaigns
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of creatives
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across various mediums, with a focus on strategic thinking, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing boundaries to deliver groundbreaking work that resonates with audiences and drives result
