Job summary

Boleh Dicoba Digital is seeking a Lead Creative to mentor and scale a large Performance Creative team in a fast-paced agency setting. You will provide creative direction, perform final reviews, and guide strategic decisions to ensure client objectives and agency standards are met.

You will collaborate with Creative Strategists,Accounts, and Project Leads to drive output-based results, optimize workflows, and ensure high-volume asset production while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a creative agency setting (digital marketing, advertising, or creative services).
• At least 2 years leading large creative teams (>30 people).
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality digital content and large-scale campaigns.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a creative agency setting (digital marketing, advertising, or creative services), with at least 2 years leading large creative teams (> 30 people).

Proven track record in an agency-paced environment, managing high-volume output without sacrificing quality.

Strong client-services orientation with a deep focus on output-based delivery and performance marketing.

Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital content, performance creative, and large-scale campaign executions.

Demonstrated ability to maintain quality control across numerous brand projects simultaneously.
