Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience 1-3 years as Creative Group Head; agency background preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills.
• Track record of conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns.
• Strong leadership to motivate and mentor a diverse creative team.
• Portfolio showcasing excellence across mediums with strategic thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage the creative team from concept to completion, timelines, vendor relationships, and quality or cost controls.
• Lead creative strategy and development of all campaigns and marketing initiatives ensuring a consistent brand across channels.
• Evaluate campaign performance and incorporate feedback to optimize creative strategies and improve results.
