Publicis Groupe Indonesia is seeking a proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day client relationships and drive compelling brand campaigns from brief to execution. You will coordinate with Planning, Media and Creative teams to craft inspiring briefs and guide creative work with sharp strategic input.

The role requires strong presentation and negotiation skills, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced agency, and to travel for shoots as needed.

Formación

• 3–5 years account experience in a highly creative advertising agency
• Able to start as soon as possible
• Strong grasp of social media space and online media jargon
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact to the client day-to-day
• Research brand, category and competitors to provide value
• Collaborates with Planning, Media and Creative to write briefs and concepts
• Influences high-quality creative work with client insights and strategic recommendations
• Protects client and agency interests by managing resources and opportunities
• Provides written weekly status and conference reports after meetings
• Attends shoots and edits to ensure client approval and satisfaction
• Facilitates communication between agency, client and partner agencies for seamless outcomes
• Works with studio, producers and project management to deliver on time and on budget
• Maintains discretion and professionalism representing the Groupe
