The role requires at least 5 years in account management within a creative or digital agency, strong communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and build strong relationships with multiple clients across different industries.
• Handlemultiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring clear communication and smooth delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Understand client needs, objectives, challenges, and expectations, and translate them into clear briefs and actionable plans.

• Oversee projects from initial briefing and ideation through execution and final delivery.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, priorities, and project progress to ensure everything stays on track.
• Identify potential challenges and provide proactive, solution-focused recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, project updates, and discussions confidently.
• Manage expectations while maintaining healthy and professionalboundarieswith both clients and internal teams.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction while balancing project scope, timelines, and team capacity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or a similar role.
• Previous experience in a creative, digital marketing, branding, or advertising agency is required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and cross-functional team coordination skills.
• Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, design, websites, and other creative services.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise competing deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and confident in exercising professional judgment.
