Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, juices, mocktails, and alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
• Greet customers and take orders, provide recommendations, handle inquiries and complaints, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Set up bar before opening, ensure smooth service, monitor stock, and coordinate with kitchen/service for accuracy
• Maintain bar area hygiene, follow sanitation standards, handle and store ingredients properly, and perform daily/closing cleaning
• Assist in stock counting, minimize waste, report low stock, and follow FIFO
• Follow SOPs and health/safety regulations, adhere to alcohol service rules where applicable, stay professional
