Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a passionate Barista/Bartender to deliver quality coffee, beverages, and attentive service to guests at our Bali venue.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, knowledge of coffee brewing, cocktails and mocktails, and the ability to engage with guests in a fast-paced environment; weekend shifts and public holidays may be required.

This position prefers Indonesian citizens domiciled in Bali.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, Bartender, or similar role.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods.
• Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and beverage preparation.
• Able to maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Friendly, confident, and able to engage with guests.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Indonesian citizen and domiciled in Bali preferred.

Responsibilities
