Job summary

BGS Bali in Bali is seeking a friendly barista to craft beverages to our recipes and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced setting. Prior barista experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

You will operate espresso equipment, greet guests warmly, suggest products, and maintain high hygiene while supporting daily shop routines, including opening/closing duties, restocking, and cleaning in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Prior barista experience preferred; training provided for right candidate.
• Basic knowledge of coffee, espresso machine use, and hygiene practices.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to BGS Bali's recipes and quality standards.
• Operate espresso machine and grinder with precision and care.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and presentation in every cup.
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle orders efficiently and make product suggestions when appropriate.
• Create a welcoming environment reflecting BGS Bali's service culture.
• Support daily routines including bar setup, restocking, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist opening and closing duties as scheduled by the Store Manager.
