Job summary

Bokashi Bali is seeking a friendly Barista/Bartender to prepare a range of coffee and non-coffee beverages, serve customers, and maintain a clean bar area. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience and a strong knowledge of coffee varieties.

English fluency is required, with ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred to support busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the barista/bartender field.
• Background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage.
• Hospitable appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded.
• Extensive knowledge of different types of coffee and coffee beverages.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
