Job summary

Bokashi, part of LYD Bali Group, seeks a Barista/Bartender to craft coffee and cocktails while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include preparing beverages to Bokashi standards, maintaining quality and presentation, and collaborating with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations. Prior hospitality experience and a team-oriented, initiative-driven attitude are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in Barista or Bartender role (hospitality/F&B preferred).
• Understanding of espresso-based and manual brew techniques and/or mixology.
• Knowledge of beverage ingredients, garnishing and presentation techniques.

Job description

As a Barista/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages (coffee as well as cocktails/mocktails) while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve various coffee, cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to Bokashi's standards

Maintain consistent taste quality and presentation for every drink served

Provide friendly and professional service to guests

Keep the bar/barista station clean and well-organized

Manage inventory of ingredients and report restocking needs

Coordinate with the service and kitchen team for smooth daily operations

Comply with hygiene, safety, and operational SOPs

Help create a positive atmosphere and warm hospitality for guests

About you

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista and/or Bartender (hospitality/F&B industry preferred)

Understanding of basic coffee-making techniques (espresso-based, manual brew) and/or mixology

Knowledge of beverage ingredients, garnishing, and presentation techniques

Friendly, communicative, with strong customer service skills

Able to work well both in a team and independently with high initiative

Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays

Barista/Bartender certification is a plus (not required)
