Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of cost accounting or cost control experience, preferably in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting methods: job costing, process costing, and activity-based costing.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and compliance with internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost control procedures and policies across departments.
• Monitor actual costs vs budgets; identify variances and root causes.
• Prepare comprehensive cost reports for management review.
