Job summary

App Group seeks an experienced Cost Control professional in Indonesia to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for large industrial projects. You will manage cost baselines, cash flow, and variance analysis, ensuring governance and cost optimization.

Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Primavera P6, and advanced Excel is essential, with strong leadership and stakeholder skills for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Min. 18 y.o
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Cost Control, Budget Control, Project Controls, Project Finance, or similar roles within Manufacturing, Pulp & Paper, EPC, Construction, or Heavy Industry sectors.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial performance monitoring.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, cost baselines, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of budgetary control principles, financial governance, and cost optimization strategies.
• Experience in developing and implementing cost control procedures and reporting frameworks.
• Advanced analytical and problem solving capabilities with strong attention to detail.
• Experience supporting large-scale industrial, capital expenditure (CAPEX), shutdown, commissioning, or expansion projects.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Primavera P6, advance microsoft excel or equivalent project and financial management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
