Job summary

Praktis is seeking a seasoned Finance Planning & Controlling Manager in Jakarta to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. You will partner with department heads to ensure accurate budget planning, monitor costs, and present insights to management.

Ideal candidate has a min 10 years in finance with at least 5 in a managerial role, strong financial analysis skills, and a proven track record in strategic planning and cost control within a supply chain context.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/economics or related field.
10+ years finance experience with 5+ in management.
Experience in strategic financial planning and budget management.
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
Ability to lead a team and improve efficiency.
Strong business acumen in supply chain.
Proven ability to manage complex financial projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to management.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate budget planning and control.
Monitor and control costs within the organization, ensuring alignment with the budget.
Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Perform variance analysis between budgeted and actual results, providing explanations and recommendations.
Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Monitor the financial impact of business decisions and changes in the market environment.
Ensure proper internal controls are in place.
