Job summary

Modernvet in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks a Finance Operations & Cost Control leader to manage monthly and year-end closings, budgeting, and cash flow reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will supervise AR, COGS, vendor payments, and support ERP implementation (Odoo) across multiple phases, driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires 4-6 years of experience in accounting and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4-6 years of accounting, reporting, or financial operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial controls.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and annual closing processes and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Prepare and review budget realization reports, management reports, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate sales reconciliation and revenue recognition in line with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with inventory team for accurate COGS and inventory recording.
• Supervise external accounting and tax partners to meet company requirements.
• Monitor and report AR Outstanding weekly with collection progress.
