Job summary

PT Indonesia Surfaris in Bali seeks a Corporate HR Generalist Supervisor who is highly organized, proactive, solution oriented, and ready for new challenges. You will oversee HR operations for hospitality units and ensure payroll processing, HRIS Talenta, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years as an HR Generalist, fluent English, strong Excel/Word skills, Indonesian employment law knowledge, and the ability to draft PKWT contracts and HR documents.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken English and good written English.
• Minimum 2 years as Corporate HR Generalist, hospitality preferred.
• Strong Excel and Word skills; HRIS Talenta experience.
• Experience with payroll processing and tax compliance (PPh 21).
• Knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and BPJS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate HR generalist activities and admin.
• Handle payroll processing and tax compliance for staff.
• Draft PKWT employment contracts and HR documents.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and records.
• Manage HRIS Talenta and attendance tracking; resolve cases.
• Communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English with staff.

Job description

We are looking for a Corporate HR Generalist Supervisor who is highly organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and ready to take on new challenges.

Requirements:

Fluent in spoken English and good understanding of written English

Experience as an Corporate HR Generalist (minimal 2 years), preferable in Hspitality Industry.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas & Microsoft Word

Familiar with HRIS Talenta and attendance management

Experience in payroll processing

Good understanding of PPh 21 and tax compliance

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Strong negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English

Good correspondence and professional email writing skills

Strong administration and documentation skills

Able to draft PKWT employment contracts

Able to create and develop company contracts, HR documents, and SOPs

Good knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations

Familiar with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan, including account setup, employee registration, and BPJS TK claims

Excellent time management and critical thinking

Proactive, takes initiative, and has strong curiosity to learn

Able to work effectively under pressure

Experienced in handling internal employee cases, including proper follow-up and case resolution

Always ready to face new challenges and learn new things
