PT Sempoa Sip Indonesia is seeking a hands-on, adaptable HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of HR operations in a dynamic Indonesian team. You will lead employee relations, handle industrial relations, oversee end-to-end recruitment, and manage payroll and HRIS with accuracy and compliance.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 2 years in HR, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia. English proficiency is preferred.
We are looking for a hands-on, adaptable HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role covers the full spectrum of HR operations; from employee relations and industrial relations to end-to-end recruitment, administration, and payroll/HRIS management. We're looking for someone with a genuine can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adapt and blend into a new team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all HR-related inquiries and act as the first point of contact for employees
Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, counseling, and disciplinary processes
Handle industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor law and regulations
Run end-to-end recruitment processes; from job posting and sourcing through offering and onboarding
Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (tax, BPJS, etc.)
Manage and maintain HRIS data, records, and reporting
Support various HR ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR
Must have hands-on experience in payroll processing and HRIS systems (please specify systems used)
Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently
Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment and adjusting to shifting priorities
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English preferred
