Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, HRM, Communications or related fields.
• 3–5 years in organizational development, corporate culture or change management.

Job description

Develop the corporate culture roadmap based on the organization’s core values and strategic objectives.

Design and implement culture internalization programs, including training, campaigns, and discussion forums that are inclusive, engaging, and applicable to employees.

Manage the measurement of the company’s culture index through employee engagement surveys, corporate values assessments, and workplace behavior observations.

Act as a culture change facilitator by working cross-functionally with HR, business process, and operations teams.

Develop, coordinate, and manage Culture Agents/Champions across all business units.

Build and implement effective internal culture communications through various channels, including digital and visual media.

Collaborate with HR and strategic planning functions to align corporate culture with performance management systems, rewards, and competency development programs.

Develop culture-based reward and recognition mechanisms to reinforce desired behaviors and corporate values.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communications, Social Sciences, or other relevant fields.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in organizational development, corporate culture management, change management, business process management, or human resource management.

Strong technical skills in change management, data analysis, and engagement program design, with a solid understanding of corporate culture management.

Strong competencies in persuasive communication, collaboration, initiative, leadership, empathy, discipline, and integrity.

Relevant professional certifications will be considered an advantage.
