Pepito Supermarket in Bali is seeking a passionate Cook to join the Pepito Culinary family. You will craft exceptional dishes, maintain a clean, well-stocked station, and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hands-on Cook or Commis experience, solid cooking techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to flavor and presentation.

Qualifications

• Possess at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Cook or Commis within a reputable restaurant, hotel, or retail F&B environment.
• Demonstrate a solid command of foundational cooking techniques and culinary ingredients.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure and efficiency under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a keen focus on flavor precision and presentation consistency.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working flexible schedules, including shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
• A educational background or vocational qualification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is preferred.

• Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen brigade to ensure prompt, smooth, and consistent execution during high-volume periods.
• Safely operate and maintain kitchen machinery and tools, ensuring prompt reporting of any maintenance needs.
