Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Management)
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Excellence, CRM Administration, Data Management, or related functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality HCP and account data; perform data cleansing and updates
• Verify and validate sales data for Power BI dashboards and reports; support UAT
• Support CRM migration; develop user guidelines, SOPs, and training materials
• Coordinate projects; track progress, document requirements and test scenarios, and liaise with stakeholders
